Just recently, I had the privilege and the honor to be
the photographer for the wedding of Rebecca Schneider and Eduardo (Eddy) Aguirre.
Rebecca has finished 2 years of medical school, and is now working on her Ph.d in
Molecular and Cellular Biology at Baylor College of Medicine's MD / Ph.d program in Houston,
Texas.
Eddy has a BA in English and Creative writing, and is teaching for the Texas Southern Math and
Science Academy.
They met in Houston, where Eddy lives, and Rebecca is attending school.
Rebecca's father was born and raised in Williamsport. Known locally for his wine-making,
he worked for PP&L, and had a brief stint as a pro-boxer. Her mother is a nurse at a nearby hospital.
Eddy's father is Eduardo Aguirre, Jr., the United States Ambassador to Spain,
who, with Eddy's mother and family, enjoyed his son's wedding in a beautiful
Catholic Church in the mountains, just outside of Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
